12 Week Program

This personalized 6-month program includes 12 one-on-one coaching sessions over six months. This program is for everyone who wants to transform their health. Perfect for individuals experiencing any chronic or long-term health concerns who want to reclaim their health back with lifestyle changes. Recommended to everyone new to health coaching!

 

Includes a body type assessment, body metabolic typing, blood type diet advice, guidance and education on health food store tour and/or a pantry makeover. A healthy choice grocery list. You will also receive books, recipes, CD’s, materials, food samples and handouts throughout your program. Continued email support.
