4 Week Program

This is a one-on-one coaching experience which includes four one-hour sessions over two months. This program is perfect for individuals who are already active but are looking to take their lives to the next level, able to take up challenges and implement recommendations at a faster pace.


Includes a healthy choice grocery list, continued email support throughout the program with additional two-week email support for follow-up and maintenance. You will receive books, recipes, CD’s, materials, food samples and handouts throughout your program.
