6 Week Program

This is a one-on-one coaching experience which includes 6 one-hour sessions over three months.


This program is for everyone who wants to transform their health. Perfect for individuals experiencing any chronic or long-term health concerns who want to reclaim their health back with lifestyle changes. Recommended to everyone new to health coaching!


Includes a body type assessment, body metabolic typing, blood type diet advice, guidance and education on health food store tour and/or a pantry makeover. A healthy choice grocery list, continued email support. You will receive books, recipes, CD’s, materials, food samples and handouts throughout your program.
